MIDDLE-AGED WEIGHT GAIN IN WOMEN: The “Bad News” and the “Good News”
Address the underlying causes to alleviate or prevent middle-aged weight gain along with other symptoms commonly experienced by middle-aged women. 90% of women gain weight between the ages of 35-55.
